Normal leveringstid for ferdig lue per post: 5-10 virkedager Norge, 8-12 virkedager Europa. Luen kan også hentes i Oslo, Kristinelundveien 16F, etter avtale.
Vaskeanvisning / vedlikehold lue: Vaskes forsiktig for hånd i lunkent vann. Bruk kun såpe som er egnet for ull og i liten mengde. Skyll ut såpen godt, og legg luen flatt til tørk, gjerne på et håndkle. Eventuelle nupper, fjernes for hånd før vask. Ullplagg bør alltid oppbevares nyvasket.

Washing instructions/maintenance beanie: Wash gently by hand in lukewarm water. Use only soap suitable for wool, only a small amount. Rinse well and lay the hat flat to dry, preferably on a towel. Any bumps should be removed by hand before washing. Wool garments should always be kept newly washed.
